How do I book?
Simply click the ‘Book Now’ button and select your treatment and a date and time that suits. We will send you a confirmation email and look forward to seeing you when you arrive.

When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you can relax and enjoy the space. Your therapist will meet with you before your treatment to begin the consultation and ensure that you feel comfortable.

Can I change the treatment I booked when I arrive?
Yes. Following a personalised consultation with your therapist upon arrival, they can guide you towards the treatment that is best suited to your needs.

Can I combine my treatment with a dining experience?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our guests book themselves in for afternoon tea upstairs in The Register Club, or lunch before or after in Lady Libertine. You are also able to purchase Spa and afternoon tea gift vouchers.

What should I wear?
Please wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. We have private changing rooms where we invite you to change into a bathrobe for our body rituals and also our facials should you wish. We do not have wet facilities at our Spa so there is no need for swimwear.
